Annette Faurote

Annette (Baker) Faurote is a Certified Life Coach with over 15 years pastoral staff experience in leadership training and team development, pastoral counseling, speaking, adult education, small group ministry, and support group ministry.  Annette has been walking with the Lord since she was 25 years old. 

She is particularly passionate about empowering personal growth, and helping people overcome hindrances to the development of their potential and fullness of God's design for their lives.  She is one who has "walked the talk" and continually focuses on her own personal and professional development. 

As founder of Develop U, Annette has authored numerous workshop series, recovery and coaching oriented self-study curricula, as well as scriptural and devotional study resources.

She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, as well as the Christian Coaching Alliance, and recently completed Tier 1 training with the Collaborative Problem Solving Institute in the Department of Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Annette feels blessed to live with her family in Florida where she enjoys some of her favorite activities - walking the beach, learning to sail, and growing her own saltwater reef tank in her living room.

Mindy Johnson

Mindy Johnson is a Certified Life coach.  One of her passions is working with women to help identify and remove barriers that stand between them and their dreams.

Mindy is also a Certified Marriage Enrichment Coach and works with couples to help develop the valuable skills needed for a rich and fulfilling relationship. 

Mindy is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Building Better Marriages Association, as well as the Florida Chapter of Building Better Marriages.  She and her husband conduct marriage seminars, workshops, and retreats. 

In 2009 Mindy joined Develop U and works with Founder Annette Faurote as Marketing Director and Program Coordinator.

An avid outdoor fan, Mindy enjoys hiking, kayaking, and taking long walks on the beach with her husband.
